When talking about *weight management & weight loss goals, you’re with the right person. I’m a LIFE COACH, and someone who’s also lost a lot of weight. Weight management is important to me, because someone close to me has struggled with weight related health problems.
The important of weight management, to help prevent major disease, and aid with longevity, though this doesn’t depend on weight alone. But also reducing stress. That’s where *MARS comes in. You can buy natural supplements at MARS, that can help with weight, stress, and focus. Keep working on you, and transform yourself faster.
Weight Loss Secrets
I’m a Certified Life Coach, and honestly weight loss & weight management is a decision we owe to ourselves to eat well, live well, and stay as healthy as possible for ourselves, and our families.
Investing in you is well worth the few pounds or dollars you spend each month, that could potentially save you thousands on health care or therapy later down the line. Losing the extra fat, but knowing how to stay healthy, both nutritionally, takes a bit of practice.
The truth is there is no set diet that works because everyone is different…
Finding out which type of diet is best for you is based on genetics, and the environment you’re living in. Plus you can make adjustments for any sensitivities, or family eating habits (we are not all the same), & GOALS.
Set a desired weight loss goal with purpose. Write down things that tempt you to break diets/exercise plans, and swap them out for healthier options. Choose your support buddies, visualise your goal, and keep a record of your achievements.
Give yourself rewards when you make your first/every milestone. This is really important that you notice and journal your progress. You might want to purchase a fitness journal.
Quick Cheats
Not sure if I should share this or not, ha, but weight resistance, and a combo of jogging & activities, + a vibe plate, + replace one meal with a nutritionally balanced substitute, and you could see results in less than half the time.
*Lasting weight loss doesn’t need to be ultra fast. In fact it should NOT be fast, just gradual, & progressive. When we learn how to improve our diet & lifestyle, and see positive results, we need to catch the habit to make it stick. We have to believe that it’s something worthwhile. It’s not as difficult as we first thought, and the benefits outweigh the effort.
Now with the motivation, proof, and corrected belief system, you can enjoy a slimmer you, that’s not about how others view you. You’re doing this for you, and your health & happiness.
When we try to change others opinions of us, or seek acceptance, it’s not the same as doing it for ourselves obviously. Your reason & motivation needs to come from deep within. Coupled with activities & exercise, you can lose weight as quickly or slowly as you choose. Supplements can help support our fitness program.
